Let me begin by saying....it was one of those days!
Workout:
5 min LCJ R hand 62 reps
5 min LCJ L hand 6? reps ( I forgot)
Needing to really work on my lockout as some of those reps would be a no count. And I didn't come this far to have any no counts
I was tired today so I just did some stretching/flexibility presses with the 26
Food:
Breakfast-
Left over egg mix and 3 turkey saus
Lunch-
Alright, here's where the day goes downhill. I let my girls convince me to take them to McDonalds. Never a good thing..
Cheeseburger without one of the buns
Fries, probably the equivalent of a small
And yes a large Sweet Tea
Snack-
A handful of almonds
Air-popped popcorn again not the best choice
3 Taffys (at least it satisfied the sweet tooth I was having)
Dinner-
Taco Salad but this time I did have about 10 doritos, romaine lettuce, ground beef mixed with zucc and onion, cheese, avocado, tom, and ketchup
1/2 ear of corn on the cob
All I can say is TOMORROW IS ANOTHER DAY!
