3/4 banana pre-workout
Ran 4 miles (ok peoples, wasn't all running, walked some in there but still had pretty good time(for me) even with the walking that I did) My goal is to run the whole 4 miles, including the hill that has plauged me for FOREVER. I do know that since starting kettlebells my time is better and my endurance is better! YAY!
Lunch:
Salad at Idaho Pizza Company
Workout-
5 reps of double kb squats with the 35s x 3
6 reps of double kb squats with the 35s x 2
Worked with the 35 a little on my presses...
6 reps with L hand
8 reps with R hand
rest
4 reps with L hand
4 reps with R hand
This 35 has been a real challenge for me but I feel that with all the double presses that did it really helped me with pressing the 35. Another YAY!
Tried doing some LCJ but ripped open a blister I had so stopped!
1/2 apple post workout
Dinner:
3 eggs, salsa, avacado, cheese, bacon in corn tortillas
