Workout-
Planned on going to the gym yesterday but after my dad had the girls all day while I was at work I could tell he was ready for me to come get them. So for the sake of his sanity and my need for him to watch them again sometime I chose to put that first! Missed not being there though! And since I don't get to go to the gym on Wed since I have to work I did my own workout tonight. Rachel had told me that they had done the 10 min of 300 squats non-stop and so I had to try it. While my girls where in the bath I did 300 squats non-stop( a couple second rests here and there) in 9 mn and 51 seconds! YAY! Also did 50 push-ups.
Food-
Breakfast:
3 turkey sausages
Bowl of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries
Skinny sugar-free coffee
Lunch:
Chicken mixed with a little mayo, cucumbers, tom., brocc., carr.
Orange
Dinner:
Hamburger patty with swiss cheese
salad with carr and celery
mother in law made sugar free vanilla pudding tonight and I did have a small bowl of that. I know not strict paleo but I did enjoy it!
