Perfect. Poor eating is poor planning.

 

Getting great results has to do with strategy and planning. This is a perfect defense against getting caught with nothing but crappy eating options. Way to go.

Love that! Way to be prepared! I'm sure you'll do awesome on the detox. It has seemed to be great for everyone that has done it so far, including myself.
