Big handful of marcona almonds

Yeah, I'm checking out the magnesium to see if it works as a vasodilator pre-workout for me.  The coconut oil is just to get a little fat in with the whey breakfast. Eventually I'll get to the store for some coconut milk. :)

Ohhhhh. Coconut oil and magnesium. I am interested to see and hear the results of this. I use coconut oil for cooking and ZMA at night, but I have yet to specifically supplement with them myself.
