Amazing day for me today!!!! Finally pressed the 35ib kettlebell for 3 reps today. After 3 weeks of TGU I was able to do that today! I am so stoked!!!
50 arm to arm swings
25 ring-rows
40 catch and release swings
20 ring-rows
30 catch and release swings
15 ring-rows
20 catch and release swings
10 ring-rows
10 catch and release swings
5 ring-rows
Also re-learned the snatch tonight.
Think I did about 100 snatches
