After a week of being gone, it's good to be back! Had a great time in Disney World. Did a TON of walking but that's about it for workout wise. Did get in some TGU but not all of them. Eating wise did pretty good. Did enjoy some of my favorite treats while I was there though! Ready to get back on track!

Breakfast:

3 turk saus

2 eggs with a little cheddar cheese

coffee with sf syrup and 2 tsp 1% milk

WORKOUT:

9 TGU all but 1 with the 26. Amazing how the strength goes down after a week of not lifting much over my head.

200 hindu squats

350 swings-combination of 1 arm swings, catch and release and 2 arm swings

Going to switch up the challenge a little after talking to Jim today and going to do the 2500 swings/squats this week and then 2,000 the next, 1,500 and then 1,000. I like this idea better! :)

SO 550 down for the week

Lunch:

Meal replacement bar ( I have some left over from vacation and want to use them up)

several carrotts

handful of almonds

Dinner:

Homeade chicken pizza

cup of coffee

Glad you had a wonderful trip. I bet the kids (& big kids) loved it!

Yes, I liked the higher to lower swing number idea, too. Going to try to jump on that wagon, but will have to incorporate squats in as well. My hands wouldn't survive that many swings!
