My evenings have been super busy so I have not been as consistent with posting. However I have been very consistent with my nutrition and workouts.
Break:
3 turk saus
coffee the norm
couple of almonds
Lunch:
1 chick burger
mixed veggies
couple of almonds
WORKOUT:
13 TGU's
Combination of swings and squats-620 total
Dinner:
1 cup of broccoli soup
3 turk saus
1 tsp pb/nutella
1695 down for the week 805 left to go!
