Went to Northern Lights- had their bacon burger.....very good!
Everyone went to Sharis afterward for dessert....had a bite of my husbands shake

600 swings/squats
1880 done for the week--------------620 left for tomorrow
apple with 1 tbs peanut butter and 1 tbs nutella post-workout
had some choc chex mix....darn those Christmas treats lying around!
