3 turk saus

coffee w/ sf syrup and a little 1% milk

12 almonds

Lunch:

Beef stew w/ 1 cup of greek yogurt added for the extra protein (22g) and only 10g of carbs.

WORKOUT:

I was very sore today from my workout on Monday. And when I say sore I mean, could not get up and down from the floor without special manuevering and going up and down the stairs was a joke. So the thought of doing more of what caused that pain was making me think that I should just skip today. Glad to say that I didn't.

10 Rounds of 10 double kb squats w/ less than 1 min rest inbetween

10 rounds of 10 elevated sumo deadlifts supersetted with burpees -got my 100 in

Tried to do some reverse lunges and walking lunges but my legs said no thanks!

Dinner:

Hamburger patty with lettuce and tom.  a little ketchup

2 celery stalks with a little ranch

Today was my daughters 5th birthday and there was plenty of treats around. Proud to say that I did not have any of them!

You really do. None of us will always be perfect and you should pat yourself on your back when you do well. Fitness & health is a life long journey and we'll stumble along the way. The key is getting back up and always pushing forward. =)

Great job Pam! I'm so proud of you for sticking with your workout and not being over run by temptation. That's awesome. =) Happy Birthday to Emma...hope she enjoyed it!
