100 burpees 1st thing this morning. (struggling just a little with these as my wrist has been bothering me quite a bit. trying to mix things up a little with some burpees with just plank hold.)
Breakfast:
3 turk saus
homeade applesauce
coffee with creamer
WORKOUT:
7 rounds of 7 reps of:
double kb squats with 35s
only got in 5 rounds of my double kb presses w/26s and bent over rows alternating between 35s and 44s. Had some extreme pain in my lower back. Decided it was best to stop. Feeling better now!
Lunch:
sliced deli turkey with swiss cheese
carrots and cucumbers with a little ranch
Snack:
small handful of almonds
jerky
Dinner:
4 bites of eggs with cheese and salami
Went for a 1/2 hour walk this evening. Just me! By myself! In the fresh air! FELT GREAT!

Yeah, Lily is great. She'll fit right in.
And you know, I realized today that next weekend is Thanksgiving! We won't eat until mid afternoon so I think I should be able to swing it.
Shhheesh! This getting older thing is for the birds! But I tell you....my goal is to be in the best shape EVER at age 40! (got a couple years to go to hit that goal :))

Sorry I didn't make it out this weekend. I ended up feeling yucky and then John had to go deal with some issues at work, so it wouldn't have worked out anyway. Sounds like Jim is out this weekend, so I'll be trying for the week after. =)
