DId not post over the weekend. But was clean with my eating. Had my cheat day on Saturday. With the program I am on you can either do 3 cheat meals or 1 cheat day. This past week I chose cheat day. This week I will do the 3 cheat meals to see which one works better for me. I did get on the scale this morning and after a week of doing carb cycling I lost 4lbs.
Breakfast:
2 turk saus
homeade applesauce
Lunch:
Cheat meal at Chik-fil-A!!!! YUM!!!!
WORKOUT:
For some reason Mondays have been headache days for me. Again today I had another rip-roaring one. Went to Meridian this morning and took my workout clothes so that I could work out when I got back into Caldwell. When I got to Caldwell I SO did not feel like working out. Head was pounding. Eventually decided that I would at least attempt a workout and if it was too much I would stop. Happy to say that by doing my workout I feel like it got rid of the headache by the end! YAY!!!
8 rounds of 6 reps of:
Double kb squats alternating between the 35s and 44s - 1 min rest between rounds
8 rounds of 6 reps of :
double kb presses with 26s supersetted with bent rows with 44s - 1 min rest between rounds
Finished the workout off with walking lunges
snack:
small handful of almonds
small piece of jerky
Dinner:
Butternut squash with a little butter
attempted a new chicken recipe tonight and it was a total BOMB! And had to be somewhere tonight so did not get a full nutritional meal! Oh well.....
