Breakfast:
3 turkey sausages
1/2 cup cottage cheese with raspberries
2/3 cup of coffee with a little creamer
Snack:
small piece of jerky
small handful of almonds
Lunch:
Left over roast
broccoli and cucumbers
2 tbs ranch
Snack:
small piece of jerky
small handful of almonds
Dinner:
Whole onion sauteed in cocunut oil
1/2 avacado
2 slice of swiss cheese
Turkey burger
Had a rip-roaring headache all day today so didn't make it to the gym today. :( Was feeling a little better this evening and so after getting the girls to bed I did my workout. Borrowed my MIL 26lb kb to do it with:
3 Rounds
30 sec catch and release swings
30 sec rest
30 sec catch and release swings
30 sec goblet squats
30 sec rest
30 sec c and r swings
30 sec goblet squats
30 sec burpees
30 sec rest
30 sec c and r swings
30 sec goblet squats
30 sec burpees
30 sec jump squats
Rest 3 min(wasn't sure how long the rest was supposed to be)
