Went to Walmart immediately following the gym. I knew that I would be hungry since I hadn't had dinner yet and NORMALLY I would of walked out of that store with a snack size bag of chips and some sort of candy bar. The least fattening kind of course, but today I walked out of there with a LARA bar. Maybe still not the best but way better than my "usual"

You are so very welcome! And I totally understand as I am guilty of the same thing. I think that it helps to have people around you to acknowledge your progress and remind you of how great you're doing. Seeing yourself every single day you can easily get lost in all those things you still want to improve on and like you said, forget where you came from and the huge progress you've actually made. You are doing awesome Pam and I know you'll always be striving to be the best you!

I'm thinking next weekend I will get back into the swing of things. I still have to take it easy for a while, nothing to strain the tummy, but I will be so glad to get back among everyone!

THANK YOU Rachelle! That made my month! :)   I need to remind myself sometimes where I have come from. It gets easy to focus on how much more I need to do and focus on the negatives when I really do need to step back and focus on the positives and how far I've come. Not that I don't always need to be striving to be better but I can get lost in the "I still have so far to go" attitude. So thank you for helping me remember that I'm doing pretty dang good! :)    Hope to see you working out soon!!!!

I love that workout. I feel the t-bar rows do more for my back than the ring rows. And great job getting something more on the healthier side from WM. You really are looking tiny and fab these days! Believe it, embrace it & love it! =) Oh and your butt looked pretty darn perky too...if you don't mind my saying..LoL!
