After 2 days of being flat on my back (or curled up in a little ball) with the cold/flu I finallly felt like I could function somewhat normally through a day.

By this time of the day I was pretty wiped but I wanted to try and get a workout in. It was not easy! My energy level was not up to par so I did the 8 sets of 8 and stopped after that. Tried to get in some lunges afterwards but I was pretty dizzy so listened to my body and stopped for the day!
8 sets of 8 reps of:
double kb squats
swan rows ( i think this is the name for them??)
double kb presses
Ground beef with romaine lettuce, a little cheddar cheese
