Just going to post workouts for the past two days.
Tues:
30 min on treadmill at full incline
10 min of slow push-ups/clapping push-ups
Wed:
10 sets of 10 reps of double kb squats on the minute
10 sets of 10 reps of elevated sumo deadlifts on the minute
walking lunges
Ok.....gonna be honest! I HATE THIS WORKOUT! HATE HATE HATE! That being said I know it's working me hard core so I will continue it and do so without any more complaining.....:)
