Breakfast:

3 turk saus

1 small banana

1/2 cup fage yogurt

 

59  long cycle clean and jerk- L    5 min

59 long cycle clean and jerk-R     5 min

 

Tried to do my ladders today but my shoulders were toast

 

1 tabata set of sprints/squats

1 tabata set of sprints/sprints

 

Lunch:

1 chicken saus

mixed veggies

 

Dinner:

We went to Sizzler...had their salad bar. Did have 1/4 slice of their toast. And a little of their oreo pudding. Not quite the day I was hoping for eating wise. I have goals that I want to reach by the end of Feb and I'm not going to reach them eating the way I have been lately.

It's actually not that bad. They have a decent salad bar. I stay away from their soups and taco stuff and such but a good selection with fresh items!
