Breakfast: 2 eggs, one cup coffee w/unsweetened almond milk

Pre-work out: 1 Hydroxycut

Lunch: Salad w/ bacon bits, granny smith apple

Dinner: shredded chicken w/salsa verde, cheese

Snack: carrot sticks

Workout:

Warm up: 1.5 min. sets LCJ w/26 lbs

5 rounds of 2 min. each arm reps LCJ 26 lb. with 2 min. rests in between rounds
