Breakfast: 2 fried eggs

Lunch: 2 slices of GF bread (does have 1 gr. of sugar per slice, oops!) with almond butter and 1 banana

Snack:One granny smith apple cored and baked w/butter, cinnamon and chopped pecans.

Dinner: taco w/refried beans, some cheese, shredded chicken

Workout: tabata sets
