Workout:
Rest day! :)
Food Log:
Breakfast:
2 eggs, 1 turkey bacon slice, 1 cup of coffee 2 tbsp. creamer
Lunch:
Fage greek yogurt with a few cut up strawberries, 1 egg, 1 cup of coffee with 2 tbsp. of creamer, handful of amonds, and a few slices of turkey lunch meat
Dinner:
A few almonds, turkey burger without the bun, corn on the cob, a small slice of watermelon
Snack: CHEAT
So I was feeling hungry and sweet toothed, I had 4 "oreo" type cookies and some oil popped popcorn, I have to say, I didn't really even enjoy it though. Maybe my tastes are changing? (Oh please let my tastes be changing!!) Either way, good to cheat and realize I didn't "really" want it even though I thought I did :)
