Workout:
6 sets of 2 dead lifts at 200 lbs.
5 sets of 1 minute one handed swings with the 26 lb. kb. per hand, 2 minute rest inbetween
Practiced the L sit hold, held for 15 seconds today! :)
Food Log:
Breakfast:
1 egg, 2 turkey bacon, coffee with creamer
Snack:
Almonds
Lunch:
Fage greek yogurt, strawberries, 1 egg, some more almonds, and some carrots
Dinner:
Spoonful of PB, carrots
It was a weird evening, and I just wasn't really hungry tonight.
