4 presses, 35 lb., 4 pull-ups
1 set of 5 double kettlebell squats with 53 lb. kb's
4 sets of 5 double kettlebell front squats with 44 lb. kb's
Food Log:
Breakfast:
1 egg, 2 turkey bacon slices, 2 cups of coffee with creamer
Lunch:
Fage greek yogurt with strawberries, 2 eggs, 2 turkey sausage
Snack:
PB with 1/2 apple (I don't know when I decided to start eating PB again...)
Dinner:
Shredded chicken with green chilis and tomatoes (intended to be part of fajitas, but we didn't make it that far tonight), carrots, strawberries, coffee :)
