6 sets of 4 deadlifts at 200 lbs.
50 swings with the 62 lb. kb
50 squats
20 kettlebell handle push-ups
20 bar twists with additional 10 lb. plate
50 swings
50 backward lunges with 18 lb. kb
20 kettlebell handle push-ups
20 k2e
Food Log:
Breakfast:
1 egg, 2 turkey bacon, 2 cups of coffee with 3 tbsp. of creamer
Snack:
A few almonds
Lunch:
Leftover hamburger patty with a little bit of ketchup, fage greek yogurt with a few cut up strawberries, small salad
Snack:
2 slices turkey bacon, a few almonds
Dinner:
2 eggs, 2 turkey sausages, coffee, 2 strawberries, a few MORE almonds :-P
I was really hungry today, so I was trying to fill up on good protein.
