Workout:
4 tabata sets:
Round 1: 1 handed swings, 44 lb.
Round 2: 2 handed swings, 35 lb.
Round 3: 1 handed swings, 35 lb.
Round 4: 1 handed swings, 44 lb.
I did a few pull-ups and 2 TGU with the 44 lb. to warm up before the sets.
Food Log:
Breakfast:
1 egg, 2 turkey bacon, 1 cup of coffee with 2 tbsp. of creamer
Snack:
10 almonds
Lunch:
1/2 chicken breast, 1 egg, salad, 1 cup fage greek yogurt with a peach
Snack:
12 almonds
Dinner:
2 eggs, 2 turkey sausage, salad
