After a few days of having family in town I am back to posting! :)
Workout:
3 ladders of:
1 press with 44 lb. kb
1 pull-up
2 presses with 35 lb. kb
2 pull-ups
3 presses
3 pull-ups
4 presses
4 pull-ups
I scaled down from the 44 for my last round because my shoulder was bothering me.
I think followed up by doing:
5 rounds of...
1 minute of clean, squat, press with 35 lb. kb.
1 minute of sumo dead lift high pulls with the 44 lb. kb (35 lb for last round)
1 minute of snatches with 26 lb. kb., swicthed to one handed swings alternating for last 2 rounds
1 minute of rest
The last set of this kicked my butt today after all of my squats yesterday. My back was seizing during my one handed swings so I ended probably 30 seconds early on round 5.
Food Log:
Breakfast:
1 1/2 eggs (fed half to my little guy :) ), 2 turkey sausage, 2 cups of coffee with 3 tbsp. of creamer
Lunch:
Salad, 1/2 chicken breast, 1 hard boiled egg, handful of almonds
Snack:
Handful of almonds
Dinner:
Carne picada fajita flavored (leftovers), salad, a little bit of cheese, salsa
Evening:
Coffee with 2 tbsp. of creamer
