Workout:
6 sets of 3 dead lifts at 200 lbs.
1 TGU with 44 lb.
2 TGU with 35 lb.
5 presses right and left with 35 lb. x 3
A few times of practicing the L sit hold
Food Log:
2 eggs, 2 turkey bacon, cup of coffee with 2 tbsp. creamer
Lunch:
1 cup greek yogurt with a few piece of canteloupe
Dinner:
1/2 chicken breast, a few carrots, peanut butter and apple, cup of coffee with 2 tbsp. of creamer
Not feeling real awesome today, so I'm just trying to keep my tummy happy :).
