Workout:
5 rounds of...
15 sumo deadlift high pulls (first round with 2 26 lb.'s, last 3 rounds with the 2 70 lb's)
12 cleans (26's)
9 front squats (26's)
6 push presses (26's)
After this I did 5 rounds of 5 bar twists with an additional 10 lb. plate and 5 toes to bar.
I also played around with the L sit holds on the rings and the kettlebell handles. I will be working on holding the L sit for 30 seconds. I also want to keep working on the 44 lb. press. My new goal with that is 3 per side. I would also like to drop 4 lbs. in the month of August... we'll see how that goes ;).
Food Log:
Breakfast:
2 turkey bacon, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. creamer and cup of coffee
Lunch:
Salad with 1 egg, celery, and carrots, some turkey lunch meat (fresh cut from the deli), and some fage greek yogurt with strawberries
Snack:
10 dark chocolate flavored natural almonds (soooooooooo good with very little added to them) and a few carrots
Dinner:
Chopped cabbage, sunflower seeds, slivered almonds, cut up rotisserie chicken, and some oil based dressing; 2 more almonds :)
