Workout:
7 sets of 7 double front squats with the 44 lb.'s
7 sets of 7 double presses with the 26 lb's supresetted with pull-ups, level 15 for the first 3 rounds, level 13 last 4
Played around a little bit with the rings and did some push ups this evening at home.
Food Log:
Breakfast:
1 egg, 2 turkey bacon, 1 cup of coffee with 2 tbsp. of creamer
Lunch:
2 eggs, 2 turkey bacon, salad, fage with greek yogurt and strawberries
Snack:
Carrots
Dinner:
Hamburger patty wrapped in lettuce
