This weekend, as of about 3:30pm yesterday, I've allowed myself to be pretty relaxed in terms of nutrition. I was pretty strict this last week in preparation for my bikini competition photo shoot I had yesterday. Back to normal tomorrow...
As far as my training, I didn't work out yesterday but I did knock out 420 double kettlebell half snatches with the 18s, today. 980 snatches remain for the last 7 days of the challenge. I'm also considering commiting to a "100 Burpees Per Day" challenge for November. Hopefully, this doesn't prove to be too much on top of my normal training. We shall see.
Today my "tri-weekly" measurements were taken and they've gone down in the right places as well as up in the right places. Monday I will also start a new 3 weeks of torture. Bringing the deadlifts and ladder sets back...oh yeah... =)
