FOOD LOG:
- Coffee with sugar-free vanilla syrup & half/half
MEAL 1:
- 1 egg + 1/2C whites cooked in coconut oil with 10 chopped pepperoni slices and a little grated cheddar
MEAL 2:
- Broiled Turkey burger seasoned with Mrs Dash salt-free Southwestern Chipotle
- Side salad of romaine, 4 baby carrots, 1/2 an avocado, a sliced roma tomato & ranch
(Also had 3 small fries & a bite of my son's corndog)
MEAL 3:
- Large chicken breast seasone with Mrs Dash salt-free Origional, oven baked
- Half a sweet potato with butter & cinnamon
MEAL 4:
- Can of low-sodium tuna with lemon juice
- Side salad of romaine, a large roma tomato, olive oil & red wine vinegar
