- 50g vanilla whey with unsweetened almond milk & 1tsp cinnamon
10:15AM (Post-Workout)
- Medium banana
- 3 vanilla protein crepes
11:30AM
- Some cheesy bacon eggs my son didn't eat
1:00PM
- A big steak dipped in a little honey bbq sauce with a side of california blend veggies seasoned with original Mrs Dash
3:45PM
- Plain greek yogurt with 1/2tsp cinnamon, walnuts & a little dried unsweetened coconut
6:00PM
- Shredded beef tacos: Seasoned beef on 3 tiny corn tortillas, cabbage, chopped green onion, cilantro & two of them had a smear of fat free refried beans & a little red cilantro salsa
8:15PM
- A little all natural dark chocolate
TRAINING:
9:00AM
- Double KB Front Squats: 5 Series
- 5 reps with the 35s
- 5 reps with the 44s
- 5 reps with the 53s
- Elevated Sumo Squats (8-9in elevation): 1 set of 10 with the 88, 4 sets of 10 with the 70
