- 1C plain greek yogurt with fresh berries (sliced strawberries, blueberries & raspberries) & cinnamon

- Cheat Meal: Sushi & Spring Rolls (Nice to indulge in something I enjoy with out feeling like crap for a change...=) )

- A little all natural dark chocolate
TRAINING:

- Double KB Presses with the 26s supersetted with Barbell T-Bar Rows w/a 45lb plate: 10 sets of 10 each
