FOOD LOG:
8:00AM
-Cup of coffee with creamer
9:00AM
-Another 1/2 cup of coffee with creamer
10:00AM
-Omlette: 1 egg with 3 whites, a diced 2.29oz(65g) ham steak, shredded cheddar cheese
-Supplements: Mulitvitamin, 2 Calcium Citrate/Vitamin D tablets (I will no longer take the DHEA)
AFTERNOON:
-Boiled egg with a little salt
-Honey Nut Shredded Wheat with milk (poor choice I know)
7:30PM
-Scoop of Vanilla protein with 1T brown sugar
8:30PM
-Salad: Romaine with cottage cheese, white mushrooms, a little Ranch & a little shredded cheddar cheese
9:15PM
-String Cheese (still kinda hungry...anticipating eating more tomorrow)
9:30PM
-Supplements: Biotin, Zinc, Melatonin, Magnesium, 2 Calcium Citrate/Vitamin D tablets
TRAINING:
-Deadlifts @ 185lbs: 5 sets of 5
-500 body weight squats: Done for 90 seconds straight (50 squats -below parallel- each 90sec) with a 30 second rest. Took a total of 22 minutes to complete.
