-Cup of coffee with creamer (actually thought to read the ingredients of my creamer this morning...blech!)

10:00AM

-Omlette: Sliced chorizo, 1 egg 2 whites, a little shredded cheddar

-Supplements: Multivitamin, 2 Calcium Citrate/Vitamin D tablets

1:00PM

-Protein Smoothie: 1C unsweetened Almond milk, Water, 1 scoop Vanilla Protein, Cinnamon, 1T Psyllium fiber, handful of frozen Blueberries, Ice

4:15PM

-Giant spoonful of Almond butter

6:30PM

-Pile of Brisket (cooked in the crockpot all day..yummy)

-Brussel sprouts & Sliced yellow squash

-Supplements: Multivitamin, 2 Calcium Citrate/Vitamin D tablets

9:30PM

-Supplements: Biotin, Zinc, Magnesium, Melatonin
