FOOD LOG:

 

8:30AM

-Cup of coffee w/creamer

9:30AM

-Protein smoothie: Scoop of Vanilla protein, 1/2C Coconut milk, 1/2C Water, several shakes of cinnamon, almond extract, 1 teaspoon of psyllium fiber & ice.

10:30AM

-Supplements: Multivitamin, DHEA, Green Tea capsule

1:00PM

-Salad: 1 can of tuna, about 3 cups of fresh baby spinach, 1 chopped carrot, about 1/2 a tomato; diced

-Dressing for Salad: 1T coconut oil, 1T apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano

-Few small bites of the boys' mac&cheese

3:00PM

-3 handfuls of tortilla chips

-The rest of Gavin's mac&cheese from lunch

-Bowl of Cheerios and milk with honey drizzled on top.

Yes, I went nuts on the carbs...Not sure what the deal is today, or I should say the last couple days. I'm going to blame hormone fluctuations for what's to come ahead(to put it non-graphicly), because normally I'm just fine in regards to food and don't have cravings like this. I fully expect to feel like ass in about 2hrs after this carb load. LoL! ;)

7:30PM

-Scoop protein with 2 teaspoons of brown sugar & 1teaspoon of psyllium fiber

9:00PM

-Big bowl of Jumbalaya with sliced chorizo (And an hour later I could puke...blaaa)

9:30PM

-Supplements: Mutivitamin, Zinc, Biotin, Melatonin

 

TRAINING:

 

- 3 Ladders (Presses/Pullups)

- Bent Rows with 35lb bell supersetted with Hindu Pushups: 5 sets of 9

- 30 Knees to Elbows

- 4 Toes to Bar

It certainly is!! I'm putting my food down, today..No more! ;)

 

And, it's ok to have goodies like beer or a carb loaded meal every so often...just have to be prepaired for the possible aftermath (cravings)!

Heh. I hear ya.  I broke down and had a couple beers on Sunday... then craved crabs all day yesterday.  Sugar is a spiteful little witch. :)
