FOOD LOG:
8:30AM
-Cup of coffee with creamer
9:30AM
-1 egg w/3 whites cooked in butter & a small ham steak
-Supplements: Multivitamin, DHEA, Green Tea capsule
1:00PM
-Can of tuna mixed with mayo, celery, chopped walnuts & raisins
-Side salad of 1C baby spinach, diced tomatoes and a little Ranch dressing
3:40PM
-Cup of Fage with almost a half cup of frozen blueberries, a few blackberries, a packet of Stevia and a teaspoon of psyllium fiber. Won't be adding the fiber to this again...will try it in a protein smoothie next time.
4:30PM
-Couple handfuls of tortilla chips (Bad...I know...I think it was the salt I was after more than anything)
6:00PM
-2 hamburger patties with cheddar cheese, mustard, pickle & tomato.
-Baby spinach & iceburg lettuce salad w/Ranch dressing (really need to start making up an olive oil(or maybe coconut oil?)/vinegar dressing to use instead of the Ranch)
-Supplements: Multivitamin
9:00-9:30PM
-Supplements: Biotin, Zinc & Melatonin (Will take)
TRAINING:
None.... Feeling run down and "bla" today...Could either be due to the junk I ate yesterday or maybe my body just needed some extra rest. I'll be back into it tomorrow. =)
