-1egg with 2 whites(nuked with a little coconut oil and a little butter)
-Small ham steak

-Protein smoothie (1 1/2 scoops vanilla protein, 1C Almond milk, cinnamon & ice)
Some point during the festival
- 1 large beer
- 2 mixed 5oz drinks: Yagermeister w/Rootbeer (I'm in trouble with this combo....looooved it!)

-BBQed Cheese Burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, ketchup, mustard...and yes, a bun
10:30ish
-Skinny slice of pickle when I got home
-Supplements: Biotin, Zinc, Melatonin

-6oz cup of Fage Yogurt with 1/2C blueberries and packet of Stevia
-Supplements: Multivitamin, Green Tea capsule
7:15PM
- 2 Porkchops
-Bunch of creamed peas
9:30PM (Will Take)
-Supplements: Biotin, Zinc, Melatonin, BCAAs
TRAINING:
-3 Ladder Sets (Presses w/35lb bell & Pull-ups)
-Bent Over Rows w/35lb bell Supersetted with close grip pushups on kettlebell: 8 sets of 8
-Crush Curls w/35lb bell: 5 sets of 6
-35 Knees to Elbows
-Also tried my hand at doing a pushup on a kettlebell while balancing it upside down on it's handle. Takes serious core strength, focus and stability....Happy to say that I nailed it. =)
