-2 scrambled eggs in butter

-4 strips of bacon

-Supplements: Mulitvitamin, DHEA, Green Tea capsule

12:50PM

-1/2 a Fugi apple 

1:40PM

-1 can of tuna mixed with 1T mayo, 1T finely chopped walnuts, 2T raisings, 2 celery stalks & 1 small finely shredded carrot

-Supplements: Multivitamin

4:15PM

-1 Cheese Puff

-1 Generic ruffle chip

-6oz cup of Fage with a packet of Stevia and 1/2C blueberries

6:11PM

-Yager & Rootbeer

7:30PM

-Big bowl of gumbo (shrimp, andouille sausage & okra)

-5 or 6 steak fries

9:30-10:00PM

-Supplements: Biotin, Zinc, Melatonin (Will take)
