TRAINING:

Today I got back into my deadlifts after having not done them in over a month

-Deadlifts @ 185lbs: 5 sets of 5

-2 Rounds @ 2 minutes of each exercise (Only 1 round was required...I went for 2)

  • Ring Pulls
  • Jump Squats or Regular Squats (All jump squats the 1st round; mixed it up the 2nd)
  • Renegade Rows; Hindu Pushups(2nd round)
  • 2 Hand Swings w/53lb kettlebell
  • Reverse Lunges w/26lb kettlebell
  • Hand 2 Hand Swings w/45lb kettlebell
Today was definitely one of those workouts that about an hour after completion, any energy you were left with is suddenly swept away.

Try it! You don't have to measure it out like I did. We usually use a big can of tuna and like 4 stalks of celery...then the rest is can just be to taste. Adding just enough mayo will help cover the tuna flavor.

Mmmm.. I may have to try the tuna thing. I'm generally not a big tuna fan, but that actually sounds pretty good... Wife and kids may like it too...
