7:30 a.m. 2 eggs scrambled

12:30 lunch:

1 baked chicken breast (usually only eat 1/2, but today I was really hungry!)

handful of baby carrots with almond butter

3:00 cheese stick

6:30 big bowl of chicken stir-fry veggies

9:00 one Granny Smith apple w/almond butter

Day 1 of Sugar Detox!  A bit frustrated finding foods to eat that have NO sugar!  Wow!  It is amazing!

Workout:

5 sets of LCJ 2 min. ea. hand w/ 2 min. rest in between

5 sets of 5  burpees done on the min.
