2 Scoops of Jack3d

Lunch: Salad, handful of mixed nuts

Dinner: Pepperoni Past Bake w/gluten free pasta, Gatorade

Workout:

8 sets of 8 with a 30 sec. rest between:

Double Kettlebell Front Squats w/ 35 lb.

Ring Rows

Push Ups
