* With regards to the 99% cacao chocolate yesterday, a square a day is fine to be had at my own discretion because I don't have weight loss goals. 100% cacao is ideal and I do have a bar of that. I decided that even tho I just bought a few bars of 99% cacao chocolate, I will steer clear of it as much as possible and use things like teas and maybe some of the "treat" recipes included in the detox manual instead. I didn't keep track of what times I ate yesterday, so I'll just list out the things I had.

- Coffee with creamer

- 1 biscuit with a little sausage gravy, another biscuit with cherry jam (post-workout)

- A few bites of homemade Jagermeister sugar free ice cream
