NUTRITION:
8:10AM
- Cup of coffee w/creamer
9:50AM
- 1 egg + 1/2C whites cooked in olive oil spray & salt/peppered
- Butternut squash with a bunch of cinnamon and a little truvia
1:00PM
- Scoop of vanilla whey with 1T natural peanut butter, unsweetened almond milk, special dark unsweetened cocoa, water
3:00PM
- A bunch of chicken picked off the leftover roasted chicken
- Half an avocado with salt/pepper
3:45PM
- 2 small pieces of black licorice
- 2 red vines (I took a couple cinnamon capsules to help blunt some of the insulin response)
6:25PM
- Steak & Green beans (same as last night)
9:00PM
- About 3/4C full fat cottage cheese with sliced cucumber & ground pepper
TRAINING:

- 100 Burpees w/pushup
