Workout:

100 burpees without the push-ups this morning

 

Evening:

100 kettlebell push-ups (sets of 10)

100 t-bar pulls

5-1 minute sets of crush curls with the 26 lb.

50 diamond push-ups on my knees (maybe a few more?)

 

Food Log:

Breakfast:

2 cups of coffee with creamer, 3 turkey sausages

 

Lunch:

Apple with PB, some carrots

 

Dinner:

Celery with PB, a few carrots, 3 turkey sausages, post workout cup of coffee with SF torani syrup and 1/4 cup milk

 

- The coffee wasn't bad with the syrup and a much better substitute for creamer, so I will probably try and get some more flavors and try to substitute that

- Secondly, I know having PB twice a day as my source of protein and fat, probably not the best choice, just an easy one.... I know.  Working on it. :)
