Workout:

 

1 minute presses each hand with 35 - 8 each

1 minute rest

1 minute one-handed swings with 44 - 30 seconds each hand, approx. 16-18 per 30 sec.

1 minute rest

1 minute swings

1 minute rest

1 minute swings

 

2 minutes rest

 

45 seconds presses each hand

1 minute rest

1 minute swings

1 minute rest

1 minute swings

2 minutes rest

 

30 seconds presses each hand

1 minute rest

1 minute swings

1 minute rest

1 minute swings

 

45 seconds presses

1 minute rest

1 minute swings

1 minute rest

1 minute swings

 

Food Log:

2 eggs, 2 turkey sausage, 2 cups of coffee with creamer

 

Lunch:

1 egg, 2 turkey bacon slices, 1 serving whey protein with water, salad

 

Snack:

Cheese stick

 

Dinner:

Hamburger patty with a little ketchup, turkey bacon, slice of cheese

 

I almost forgot, I did 200 walking lunges at the end of my workout :0).

Good. I know the bag balm is highly recommended and works nicely, but if you don't like the feel of it, Gold Bond creams work really well, also. =)

Thanks and they are doing fine :).  I came home and filed them down so hopefully they won't give me any more trouble.  I'm glad you liked your tabata sets, they are pretty great ;).

Thanks again for the knee raise tabata referral. LoL! ;) Will have to try those again when my arms aren't smoked!
