30 seconds rest

30 seconds swings

30 seconds squats

30 seconds push-ups

30 seconds rest

30 seconds swings

30 seconds squats

30 seconds push-ups

30 seconds h2h swings (35 lb)

 

Food Log:

Breakfast:

1 egg, 2 turkey sausage, 2 cups of coffee with creamer

 

Lunch:

2 eggs, fage greek yogurt with watermelon

 

Snack:

2 turkey sausage, cup of coffee

 

Dinner:

Salad with a little ranch, ground beef with marinara sauce

 

Much better food day after my train wreck evening.  Felt good to be back on track and try to recover from the carbohydrate blast.
