Workout:

6 sets of 3 dead lifts at 200 lbs.

 

1 TGU with 44 lb.

2 TGU with 35 lb.

 

5 presses right and left with 35 lb. x 3

 

A few times of practicing the L sit hold

 

Food Log:

2 eggs, 2 turkey bacon, cup of coffee with 2 tbsp. creamer

 

Lunch:

1 cup greek yogurt with a few piece of canteloupe

 

Dinner:

1/2 chicken breast, a few carrots, peanut butter and apple, cup of coffee with 2 tbsp. of creamer

 

Not feeling real awesome today, so I'm just trying to keep my tummy happy :).

Thanks!  I struggled through it today, but am hoping to keep making it stronger to improve my presses with the 44.  And, you are going to have to share that Paleo cake recipe, I am intriuged!
