9/9 5 min TGU w/ 26, 35, 44... 100 swings 20 jerks.. 80 swings 16 jerks... 60 swings 12 jerks... 40 swings 8 jerks.. 20 swings 4 jerks.. i started the swings with the 70 but had to scale down to the 62 after the first 2 sets..
today may be a rest day..... maybe ; )
