9/12 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reverse lunges with 35LB, 24" tire jumps, push ups, and snatches w the 44LB

9/13 50-40-30 for a total 120 wall balls (used the 20LB) double 35LB jerks 50-20-15 for a total of 85
