9/7 TOTAL OF 400 REPS... 100 EACH... SWINGS W/ 72; SQUATS; RING ROWS; PUSH UPS .. COOLED OFF WITH SINGLE ARM SWINGS AND A COUPLE OF LAPS AROUND THE SOCCER FIELD.
9/8 LADDERS TO 10 THEN BACK DOWN FROM 5... DOUBLE CLEAN N JERK W/ 35's, PULL UPS, BURPEES... MY WHOLE BODY HURT AFTER THIS ONE...
